Our Customer Service Center is located on the lower level near Sears. Mall patrons can obtain information, CBL Mall Gift Cards, American Express Gift Cards, strollers, wheelchairs, fax and copy service as well as general assistance here.

CBL Malls Gift Cards - denominations from $20 - $300. Activation fee is $2 per card. Fee may be waived for Corporate Orders of $1,000 or more purchased with a verified corporate check or electronic bank transfer. See Customer Service for complete details.
American Express Gift Cards - $25, $50 and $100 denominations. Activation fee is $4 per card for the $25, $5.00 per card for the $50, and $6.00 per card for the $100.

RESTROOMS:
Family/Handicap Restrooms -Family restrooms feature a child-sized potty and private co-ed handicap facility conveniently located upstairs in the back of the food court. Diaper changing stations are provided in both men's and women's restrooms on both levels.
PAY PHONES:
Pay Phones are located on the lower level at the base of the Sears Court escalators, at the entrance to the service hallway by Pac Sun (LL) and at the rear orf the Food Court (UL).
ATM MACHINES:
Visit our two conveniently located ATM's. Lower level near the Customer Service Center and Sears. Upper level in back of the food court next to McDonald's.
